In the mouth
Well-balanced and harmonious, with a pleasing freshness that carries through to a lingering finish. The palate shows subtle floral and dried fruit character, with good acidity and a soft, rounded texture.
On the nose
Delicate acacia blossom with subtle citrus notes, complemented by hints of blanched almond and hazelnut. The aromatics are refined and restrained, typical of the appellation.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow, bright and translucent.
Breeding
Aged in stainless steel to preserve the wine's fruit character and freshness.
A versatile Mâcon-Villages suited to aperitifs and a wide range of dishes: grilled fish, light poultry, white charcuterie such as boudin blanc, and goat's cheese. Its freshness and restraint make it an excellent food wine for informal entertaining.

Les Vignerons de Buxy is a cooperative winery in Buxy, Côte Chalonnaise (Burgundy). Founded in 1931. Around 120 growers and 870 hectares. Grapes: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Appellations: Montagny, Givry, Mercurey, Rully, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Crémant de Bourgogne. Good-value Burgundy terroir wines.
