Ten generations of vignerons devoted to this distinguished terroir

  • This wine displays generous aromatic character, with a distinctive mineral profile that lends considerable length on the palate. The expression is both immediate and rewarding.
  • The mineral backbone provides remarkable persistence, whilst the wine remains approachable in its youth. It merits cellaring to reveal its full complexity and layered character.
  • Sourced from the domaine's older vines, this vintage demonstrates the classical balance and refinement that define the finest expressions of Sancerre. It will develop gracefully over several years.

On the eye
Brilliant, pale golden hue with excellent clarity
M. Francois
This wine pairs exceptionally well with shellfish and white fish preparations. The mineral structure and citrus acidity make it particularly suited to oysters, scallops and sole. A versatile accompaniment to seafood-based cuisine, it also complements lighter poultry dishes with herb-based sauces.
