Product features : Stephane Montez - Cote-Rotie Bons Arrets Monopole 2022 — Côte-Rôtie

In the mouth
Refined and poised. The tannins are well-rounded and fully integrated, lending structure without harshness. A long, silken finish that lingers with grace.
On the nose
Pronounced aromas of cassis and red plum, interwoven with vanilla and a subtle toasted oak character. The bouquet opens gradually, revealing layers of complexity.
On the eye
Deep ruby, with the intensity characteristic of north Rhône Syrah at its best.
Breeding
18 months in new French oak demi-muids (580 litres)
M. Francois
Pair with duck confit, roasted venison, or mushroom-rich game dishes. The wine's balance and finesse also suit veal with figs. Drink now with pleasure, or cellar for five to eight years as the wine develops further complexity and integration.
