CHATEAU FARGUEIROL
Sitting at the highest point of the northern plateau, Château Fargueirol covers 30 hectares of classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir — rolled galets roulés over clay, with Urgonian limestone to the west. The Révoltier family connection to this estate stretches back to 1340; after a long period of abandonment following the Revolution, Joseph Révoltier reclaimed the property in 1974 from just 10 hectares of neglected vines, steadily rebuilding it to its present 30 hectares within the AOP. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the integrity of its terroir, the discipline of its HVE farming, and the straightforward character of its reds and whites from classic Rhône varieties. A reliable address for those who want Châteauneuf-du-Pape without artifice.
