  • This parcel-specific cuvée originates from Lieu-Dit Digue, a steeply south-facing hillside on the commune of Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf in the northern reaches of the appellation. A wine of genuine substance and complexity.
  • Yves Cuilleron's meticulous viticulture on these demanding slopes produces a white of considerable finesse. The terroir's mineral character defines the wine's character and structure.
  • A balanced, refined expression of Saint-Joseph blanc. The mid-palate offers roundness and suppleness, whilst the finish articulates the distinctive minerality of this singular site.

In the mouth
Poised and well-defined on the palate. The mid-section displays roundness and a silky texture, whilst the finish expresses the mineral precision characteristic of this terroir, with good length and definition.
On the nose
Aromatic and perfumed, with white flowers, fresh citrus notes and subtle honeyed undertones that speak to the wine's complexity and elegance.
On the eye
Brilliant pale gold
Breeding
Ageing 50% in 30-hectolitre wooden foudres and 50% in Burgundian barrels without racking, 8 months on lees. Blending of different parcels before bottling.

The wine's balance and mineral structure make it an excellent accompaniment to refined seafood preparations. Consider it alongside lobster ravioli with saffron sauce, where its citrus notes and terroir-driven minerality will complement the delicate richness of the dish.
