Product features : Vignoble Dampt Freres Sauvignon de Saint-Bris 2023

Breeding
Ageing on fine lees for 4 to 6 months to add volume and complexity.
On the eye
Pale yellow with green reflections and bright clarity
On the nose
Expressive aromatics of crisp white fruits: green apple and white currant, with subtle herbaceous notes characteristic of the appellation
In the mouth
Supple and well-balanced on the palate, with a citrus-driven finish that lingers pleasantly, leaving a clean and refreshing impression
M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with delicate seafood preparations—particularly scallop carpaccio or salmon sashimi—where its mineral character and acidity complement the subtlety of raw fish. Its versatility extends to lighter shellfish dishes and fresh goat's cheese.
