Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, adding fine complexity and velvety texture to the wine
On the eye
Deep purple robe with garnet glints, suggesting maturity and concentration.
On the nose
Intense and layered: ripe dark fruits, violet, cracked black pepper and wild herbs. The aromatics develop gradually, revealing mineral undertones characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
Rich and well-structured. Silken tannins frame flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant and liquorice, with a persistent note of white pepper. The finish is dry and elegant, with good length.
