Expressive bouquet of ripe cherry and subtle floral notes, with a whisper of elderflower. The aromatics suggest both fruit and mineral refinement.

Lively and well-structured on the palate, with judicious oak integration—a touch of cedarwood—supporting a supple, layered mid-palate. The finish is clean and persistent.
A wine of considerable versatility. Excellent with roasted beef or duck preparations enriched with foie gras. Also compelling alongside truffle-based dishes where its mineral undertones and freshness provide elegant counterpoint to earthy flavours.

CHATEAU MARGAUX
Château Margaux extends across 262 hectares at Margaux-Cantenac in the Gironde, at the heart of the Bordeaux appellation, on gravelly croupes widely regarded as among the finest on the Left Bank. Restructured from 1572 by the de Lestonnac family and classified a 1er Grand Cru in 1855, the château was decisively revived from 1977 under André Mentzelopoulos; his family continues to lead the estate today, with Alexis Mentzelopoulos at the helm since 2023. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the coherence of its vineyard, the precision of its Cabernet Sauvignon-led assemblages, and the singular character of its dry white, Pavillon Blanc, produced entirely from Sauvignon Blanc. A Bordeaux landmark we are proud to offer.

Élevé 18 à 20 mois en barriques, il révèle des notes de cerise et de floral avec une belle structure tannique. À apprécier sur une viande noble ou à laisser vieillir quelques années en cave.
