DOMAINE DE BERGUEROLLES
Situated at Saint-Ambroix in the Gard, Domaine de Berguerolles covers 36 certified organic hectares within the Languedoc appellation, its enclosed plots defined by century-old stone walls above the meanders of the Cèze. Founded in 1967 by Robert Saint-Étienne, who rebuilt the property from nothing, the estate has been led since 2010 by Mathieu Manifacier — third generation and one of the early pioneers of natural and orange wines in the IGP Cévennes. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its organic commitment, the remarkable breadth of its 22 grape varieties, and the character of a terroir shaped by river-carved soils and a sheltered microclimate.
