Product features : Château Haut-Bages-Liberal 5ème Cru Classé 2023 Pauillac

Breeding
16 to 18 months: 40% new oak barrels, 40% one-year-old barrels, and 20% in terracotta and stoneware amphorae
On the eye
Deep inky garnet with purple-tinged rim
On the nose
Pristine cassis and wild blackberry with secondary notes of blueberry. The mineral signature is pronounced—graphite and chalk—characteristic of the finest Pauillac terroirs.
In the mouth
Sculpted and vibrant on the palate. Dense yet finely-grained tannins with a chalky texture provide structure without heaviness. A saline, persistent finish carries notes of dark berries and liquorice.
M. Francois
This Pauillac marries the historical strength of its appellation with remarkable fruit purity and mineral tension. Its structure and freshness make it an excellent companion to game birds, venison, and spiced preparations. A wine of genuine breeding.
