C'est un vin civilisé, précis et très pur. Sa conversion en bio a encore accentué cet éclat du fruit. C'est le Sauternes idéal pour ceux qui veulent de la complexité sans la saturation. Dans une cave, c'est une valeur sûre qui offre un rapport qualité-prix-plaisir souvent supérieur à certains Crus Classés plus onéreux. N'hésitez pas à le marier avec du roquefort !

CHÂTEAU BASTOR LAMONTAGNE
Situated in Preignac at the heart of the Sauternes appellation, Château Bastor Lamontagne extends across 52 hectares on the Garonne terraces, farmed entirely under certified organic agriculture. First recorded in 1453, this château has a history few Bordeaux properties can match; since 2018 it has been in the hands of the Helfrich family, who have brought renewed rigour to both vineyard and cellar. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the depth and consistency of its sweet white Sauternes, the integrity of its organic conversion, and the classical Sémillon-led style that rewards patience in the cellar. A Preignac address that deserves the attention of any serious lover of fine French liquoreux.
