CHATEAU D'ARSAC
Set in Arsac, Gironde, Château d'Arsac spans 54 hectares across the Margaux appellation, on sandy-gravelly ridges suited to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. When Philippe Raoux acquired the château in 1986, it lay in near-total ruin with barely three hectares of vines remaining. Over ten years of patient effort, he rebuilt the estate and secured a historic reinstatement of the AOC Margaux in 1995 — a rare exception granted by the INAO. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the singular determination behind its revival, its certified Terra Vitis and HVE viticulture, and the precision of its wines on a genuinely reconquered Margaux terroir. A Bordeaux address that earns its appellation.
