Breeding
Approximately 10 months in barrels and large oak vessels (25% new wood)
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with excellent clarity and luminosity
On the nose
Grapefruit and linden blossom on the opening, followed by citrus notes—lemon and lime—with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the terroir
In the mouth
Young vintages charm with their freshness, purity and aromatic intensity, balancing fruit and floral notes. With age, the wine develops dried fruit and preserved fruit character, offering considerable flexibility with food pairings from seafood to poultry preparations.
M. Francois
A wine of genuine versatility. Pair with raw or cooked fish—oysters, sole meunière, bouillabaisse. The wine's structure and mineral backbone also complement lighter poultry dishes and vegetable-based preparations. Serve at 8–10°C to preserve its aromatic definition.
