Where mineral purity meets the elegance of Jurançon

  • Les Jardins de Babylone Sec represents a rare expression of Petit Manseng in its dry form, crafted by Didier Dagueneau in the distinctive terroir of Jurançon. This wine demonstrates the versatility of a cépage traditionally reserved for sweet wines, revealing instead a dry wine of considerable finesse and character.
  • The wine captivates through its pronounced minerality, layered aromas of citrus and exotic fruits with white flower notes, and a vibrant palate that maintains freshness throughout. The interplay of these elements creates a wine of genuine complexity and refinement.
  • Ideally suited to grilled fish, shellfish, and poultry dishes, this dry Petit Manseng displays an elegant structure and remarkable length on the palate. Each sip reveals the precision and terroir expression that define Dagueneau's philosophy.
