- A subtle assemblage of Sciaccarellu, Minustellu, Carcaghjolu Neru and Niellucciu, this wine expresses the full aromatic richness of Corsican viticulture. Each variety contributes its own character to create a wine of genuine complexity and regional authenticity.
- Grown on the Spinella parcel with calcareous soils overlooking the Mediterranean, this wine carries a distinctive mineral signature. The maritime influence is evident throughout, lending freshness and definition to the palate.
- A true reflection of Bonifacio's spirit—wild yet delicate, with deep roots in its terroir. This organic wine embodies the untamed character of the Corsican landscape whilst maintaining an elegant restraint.

Breeding
Aged in oak barrels to enrich its aromatic profile whilst preserving the authentic expression of the varieties and terroir
On the eye
Deep ruby robe with violet glints, bright and crystalline.
On the nose
Intense aromas of fresh red fruits—strawberry, cherry, redcurrant—interwoven with floral notes of violet, savoury hints of pepper and garrigue, and a refined woody undertone.
In the mouth
Supple attack with silken tannins and good structure. The finish is persistent, echoing the red fruit and spice notes with admirable length.
Pairs beautifully with Corsican dishes: rabbit civet with rosemary, brocciu fritters, roasted pigeon with maquis herbs. Also excellent with grilled meats, aged cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine. Drink now through 2027.
