Breeding
Aged on lees in stainless steel through winter.
On the eye
Luminous salmon-pink robe with silvery highlights, bright and inviting.
On the nose
Aromatic intensity of red berries and citrus fruits, with subtle floral undertones characteristic of the Sciaccarello variety.
In the mouth
Crisp and lively on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a gourmand character. Tonique finish with good structure.
This rosé complements Corsican specialities admirably: vegetable soups with haricots, herb-infused omelettes, and the island's distinctive cured charcuterie. Its acidity and freshness make it equally suited to Mediterranean seafood and lighter summer fare.

DOMAINE COMTE PERALDI
Domaine Comte Peraldi is a wine estate in Mezzavia, Ajaccio appellation (Corsica). One of the island's oldest estates, founded in the 16th century. Around 50 hectares on granitic soils. Grapes: Sciacarello, Nielluccio, Vermentino. The wines express the mineral and aromatic character of Corsican terroir, between maquis and Mediterranean. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
