Breeding
Aged two-thirds in oak barrels, of which 10% new oak and the remainder in one to three-year-old barrels, and one-third in wooden vats.

DOMAINE CHIROULET
Domaine Chiroulet is a family wine estate in the Gers, Côtes de Gascogne (South-West France). Founded by the Fezas family. Around 60 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Grapes: Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng (whites), Tannat, Merlot (reds). Dry whites, sweet whites and sparkling wines. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
