Mountain-grown Corsican white of genuine distinction

  • Cultivated at considerable altitude, this cuvée expresses the mineral character and freshness distinctive of its elevated terroir. The high-altitude vineyard imparts a purity and definition rarely encountered in Mediterranean whites.
  • The wine reveals a compelling aromatic profile: zesty citrus and delicate floral notes combine to create a layered, engaging palate. This complexity rewards careful attention and pairs thoughtfully with refined cuisine.
  • Cardillone achieves an exemplary balance between acidity and body, making it an accomplished companion to fish and seafood dishes. Its structure and elegance elevate rather than overpower the table.

Aged on fine lees to enrich texture and aromatic complexity whilst preserving its fruity and mineral expression
M. Francois
