Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, imparting fine aromatic complexity and subtle oak character.
On the eye
Intense ruby robe with luminous depth, revealing violet and cherry hues.
On the nose
Aromatic complexity: dark berries—blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry—alongside red cherry and raspberry. Floral notes of violet and peony mingle with cedar, mint, pepper and clove.
In the mouth
Bergamot and eucalyptus aromatics unfold over refined, elegant tannins. The palate demonstrates crystalline mineral tension balanced with ripe fruit maturity.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
