Breeding
12 to 14 months in French oak barrels within the house's historic cellars (15th-century stronghold). The proportion of new wood is moderate (approximately 25-30%) to avoid masking the floral finesse with excessive vanilla notes.

Bright golden hue with green glints, reflecting its youth and meticulous winemaking.
On the nose
Captivating bouquet: white flowers, brioche and almond predominate, with underlying mineral and oak-derived notes that add complexity and refinement.
In the mouth
Rich and generous on the palate, with excellent roundness and flavours of citrus and stone fruits wrapped in a distinctive chalky minerality that defines the finest Beaune blancs.

DOMAINE CHANSON
Domaine Chanson (Chanson Père et Fils) is a wine estate and merchant founded in 1750 in Beaune (Burgundy). Estate vineyards of around 45 hectares, predominantly premier cru. Grapes: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Appellations: Beaune (Clos des Fèves, monopole), Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Corton, among others. Part of the Bollinger group since 1999.
