Breeding
18 months in large wooden vats and wooden casks
A wine of sufficient weight and structure to accompany fine gastronomy: venison with grand veneur sauce, wild boar daube, slow-roasted lamb, duck confit, beef fillet, or lentil-based terrines. The tannin architecture supports extended cellaring.

Mas Bruguière is a wine estate in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation (Languedoc), in Valflaunès (Hérault). Owned by the Bruguière family since the 16th century. Around 20 hectares. Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre. Organically farmed. One of the historic Pic Saint-Loup estates. Cuvées: L'Arbouse, La Grenadière. Fresh, structured terroir wines.
