In the mouth

Aged in one-year-old oak barrels for 12 months
A wine of genuine pleasure with red meat dishes, particularly lamb in sauce or game birds. Its structure and aromatic character make it sufficiently versatile for varied table use, yet focused enough to reward attentive tasting. Drink now or cellar for five to seven years.
