On the eye
Luminous golden robe with green highlights, reflecting its youth and vitality.
On the nose
Intense aromatic profile revealing white peach, orange blossom, and characteristic flint minerality typical of Grand Cru Chablis. Complex and inviting.
In the mouth
Exceptional depth with ripe stone fruit, citrus notes, and a long, mineral finish. The palate displays the structure and balance that define wines of genuine provenance.

LA CHABLISIENNE

Based in Chablis in the Yonne, La Chablisienne is the appellation's only cooperative, farming 1,250 hectares of Kimmeridgian limestone and marl and accounting for more than a quarter of all Chablis produced. Founded on 1st May 1923 by Abbé Balitrand, the cooperative today unites around 300 grower-members producing exclusively white Chardonnay, with both Terra Vitis and organic certification underpinning its environmental commitments. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the consistency of its range, the characteristic mineral expression of the Chablis terroir, and the seriousness of its approach to sustainable viticulture. A dependable reference for anyone seeking the true character of the appellation.
