CHAMPAGNE BILLECART-SALMON
Based in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (Marne), Billecart-Salmon cultivates 100 hectares across the three great Champagne terroirs — Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. Founded in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart and Élisabeth Salmon, the House is today led by Mathieu Roland-Billecart, seventh generation, who upholds a style built on finesse and precision in blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier over limestone and clay-limestone soils. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the rigour of its HVE-certified viticulture, the coherence of its range, and a consistency of quality memorably confirmed when the cuvée NFB 1959 was crowned Champagne of the Millennium in 1999. A benchmark Champagne House we are proud to list.
