Deep, intense ruby with purple highlights. Rich yet elegant in appearance.

Profound aromas of blackcurrant, plum and liquorice, layered with subtle oak and smoke from careful élevage. Inviting and complex on the nose.

Full-bodied and generous, with silky tannins and excellent length. Dark fruit, violet and soft spice notes develop through the palate, finishing with elegance and persistence.

DOMAINE ROTIER
Domaine Rotier is a wine estate in the Gaillac appellation (South-West France). Run by the Rotier family. Around 35 hectares of vines. Grapes: Duras, Braucol, Syrah (reds), Loin de l'Œil, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle (whites). Clay-limestone soils. The wines express the typicity of indigenous Gaillac grape varieties. Organically farmed. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
