Golden sweetness from the Gaillac terroir

  • Discover an original expression of Gaillac through indigenous varietals rarely encountered elsewhere. This moelleux offers genuine character and distinction from the beaten path.
  • From one of France's oldest vineyard regions near Albi, farmed under organic principles. Domaine Rotier honours centuries of winemaking tradition with contemporary viticulture.
  • A moelleux of genuine balance: white stone fruit and honey aromatics are held in check by refreshing acidity, creating a wine that is neither cloying nor austere. Elegantly composed.

Breeding
In stainless steel to preserve the purity of aromas and the wine's freshness
On the eye
Brilliant golden robe with amber glints
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of preserved fruits, white flowers and acacia honey, with subtle floral undertones
In the mouth
Supple and fresh on the palate, revealing pear, apricot and honeyed notes. A fine thread of acidity provides lift and prevents any heaviness, finishing with gentle persistence
M. Francois
Serve as an aperitif, or pair with foie gras and fruit-based desserts. The wine's acidity and moderate sweetness make it versatile at table. Cellar for five to eight years to allow the honey and floral notes to develop further complexity.
