  • A considered blend of Loin de l'œil and Mauzac, two varieties that together create a layered aromatic profile—citrus and white stone fruits balanced with subtle floral notes and a refreshing mineral undertone.
  • The wine achieves a natural equilibrium between acidity and subtle sweetness, delivering a balanced drinking experience where each sip reveals the terroir's mineral precision without heaviness.
