In the mouth

The bouquet opens with blackcurrant and stewed dark fruits, complemented by subtle spice notes. There is an appealing aromatic complexity that unfolds gradually in the glass.

DOMAINE LE ROC
Domaine Le Roc is a wine estate in the Fronton appellation (South-West France). Run by the Ribes family. Around 28 hectares farmed organically. Signature grape: Négrette (an indigenous Fronton variety), complemented by Syrah and Cabernet. Boulbène soils (clay-sand gravels). The wines express the typicity of the Négrette grape. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
