The authentic character of Gaillac in every glass

  • An elegant expression of Gaillac's terroir, crafted from indigenous varietals and farmed with meticulous care. This organic wine captures the essence of the appellation with restraint and authenticity.
  • A wine of genuine complexity, built on the interplay of Duras, Braucol and Syrah. Dark red fruit, liquorice and white pepper emerge gradually, revealing layers of flavour with each sip.
  • A natural companion to duck confit, cassoulet and grilled meats. The firm, well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity make it equally suited to spiced dishes and robust game preparations.

Breeding
12 months in concrete vats to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
On the eye
Deep, lustrous purple-red. Bright and inviting on the eye.
On the nose
Red fruit aromas—plum and cherry—supported by liquorice and white pepper notes. The bouquet unfolds gradually, revealing subtle earthy undertones.
In the mouth
Fresh and fruit-driven on entry, with firm yet refined tannins that never overwhelm. The palate shows good length, finishing with a dry, peppery persistence.
M. Francois
A wine of genuine food compatibility. Pair with duck confit, cassoulet or grilled red meats for best effect. The tannin structure and acidity also suit spiced dishes and game. Drink now, or hold for 3–4 years for further development.
