DOMAINE PELLE
Based in Morogues (Cher), Domaine Pellé farms 50 hectares of Kimmeridgian argilo-calcareous marl within the AOC Menetou-Salon — accounting for a remarkable 25% of the appellation's total production. Founded in 1920 by Paul Pellé and now led by fourth-generation Paul-Henry Pellé since 2007, the estate is farmed entirely to organic and biodynamic principles. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir thrive on these elevated hillside sites at 300–350 metres, expressing a fine, stony minerality. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its agronomic commitment, the precision of its winemaking, and the consistent quality of its whites, reds and rosés across successive vintages. A benchmark address in the central Loire.
