In the mouth

Intense bouquet of leather and toasted oak on the attack. With bottle age, the wine reveals secondary notes of forest floor, cigar tobacco and cocoa, developing considerable aromatic complexity.

Breeding
Ageing of 24 months, 50% new oak barrels.
This wine pairs admirably with roasted pork, particularly farmhouse cuts such as pork fillet. The wine's structure and acidity complement the meat's richness without overwhelming it. Also suitable with game and mature cheeses. Decant thirty minutes before service if drinking within five years of vintage.
