Based in Chavignol at the heart of the Sancerre appellation, Domaine Henri Bourgeois farms 66 hectares across kimmeridgian marl, flint and clay-limestone soils, including the celebrated Monts Damnés slopes. Founded in 1950 on just 2 inherited hectares, the estate built its reputation on single-vineyard vinification and an unwavering commitment to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, now farmed entirely under organic certification.
