Expressive bouquet of citrus, white flowers (hawthorn) and exotic fruits, with herbaceous notes from Sauvignon. Clean, inviting aromatics with good intensity.
On the eye
Pale yellow with greenish glints; bright and translucent
Breeding
Aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the varieties, with no oak influence
M. Francois
A fresh, fruit-forward Bergerac blanc that exemplifies the appellation's lighter, elegant style. The wine's natural acidity and mineral backbone make it an excellent partner for seafood and grilled fish, whilst its approachability suits summer entertaining. Recommended for those who appreciate unwooded whites with character and food compatibility.

CHATEAU LA MOULIERE

Set on the hillside slopes above the Dordogne valley at Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac in the Gironde, Château la Mouliere covers 22 hectares under the Bordeaux appellation, on clay-limestone soils with silex. Sylvaine and Yannick Fournier took over in 2005 as the fifth generation of the family, and have since built a clear identity around both red and white wines, underpinned by a genuine environmental commitment: the château has held HVE certification since 2013. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the consistency of its vintages, the seriousness of its viticulture, and a Gold Medal won at the 2024 Concours for the 2022 vintage. A dependable, family-run Bordeaux address well worth knowing.
