In the mouth
Ample and well-balanced on the palate, with flavours of mature fruit supported by persistent mineral tension and a long, elegant finish that lingers with refinement.
On the nose
Expressive and layered: ripe white stone fruits, honeyed notes and toasted bread character, underpinned by a subtle chalky minerality that speaks to the vineyard's geology.
On the eye
Brilliant golden robe with fine, sustained effervescence, speaking to its depth and vitality.
Breeding
Aged in cellar on fine lees, allowing the champagne to develop full aromatic complexity and structure whilst retaining brilliant freshness
M. Francois
This champagne's richness and depth make it ideal for sophisticated gastronomic pairing or for unhurried appreciation in privileged moments. It will appeal to those who value parcellaire expression and seek authentic terroir character rather than house consistency.

CHAMPAGNE A.BERGERE

Based in Fèrebrianges, Marne, the A.Bergere House farms 45 hectares across the Vallée du Petit Morin and the Côte des Blancs, on calcareous, siliceous and clay-limestone soils ideally suited to Champagne. Vignerons since 1848, the Bergère family established their House in 1949; oenologist Adrien took the helm in 2014, committing the estate to organic conversion and introducing parcel-by-parcel vinification to express the full diversity of their terroir. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the rigour of its agronomic approach, the precision of its blending, and the integrity of a family project rooted in one of Champagne's less-explored terroirs. A reference for enthusiasts seeking something beyond the familiar.
