In the mouth
The palate reveals a supple, silken tannin structure. The wine is juicy and gourmand, with a pleasing balance between fruit and structure that lingers gently on the finish.

Intense ruby-red robe with violet undertones.
Breeding
Aged 18 months in stainless steel tanks (70%) and oak barrels (30%).
Pair this wine with grilled lamb or beef cuts, or with a simple roasted brisket. The wine's moderate alcohol and refined tannins make it equally suitable for lighter fare. Drink now through 2028.

DOMAINE PIERRE GAILLARD
Domaine Pierre Gaillard is a wine estate in Malleval (Loire), Northern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1986 by Pierre Gaillard (co-founder of Les Vins de Vienne). Around 25 hectares on steep granitic hillsides. Grapes: Syrah, Viognier, Roussanne. Appellations: Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph. Also producing in Faugères (Languedoc).
