Breeding

Partial élevage in vat on fine lees, then 25% of the blend in 400L barrel for 2 months to enhance length and complexity.

A pale golden colour, bright and inviting.

Aromatic and fruit-forward, with notes of white peach, citrus blossom, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs characteristic of the region.

In the mouth

Crisp and well-balanced on the palate, with good length and a dry finish. The acidity provides structure and food-friendly character throughout.
