Deep purple robe, dense and sustained in colour
On the nose
Ample and complex bouquet revealing ripe red fruits interwoven with gourmand notes of cocoa and vanilla, characteristic of fine Pauillac.
In the mouth
The attack is generous and voluptuous with good amplitude. Dense, silky tannins provide structure and elegance, leading to a refined finish.
A wine of considerable merit alongside classic Bordeaux fare. Pair with entrecôte à la bordelaise or calf's liver with sweet onions. The balance and texture will enhance both meat and sauce, whilst the wine's structure stands firm through the meal.
