Profound and structured, with well-integrated tannins that provide grip without harshness. The finish is long and composed, leaving an impression of balance and poise.
This wine pairs beautifully with lamb dishes, particularly those with caramelised or glazed preparations. The wine's structure and subtle spice complement the meat's richness whilst its acidity cleanses the palate. Also excellent with beef and game birds prepared in classical French style.
