In the mouth

This wine pairs beautifully with grilled red meat, mature cheeses, and red fruit-based dishes. Its elegance and freshness make it equally suited to lighter preparations. Best enjoyed at 16–17°C, it will develop gracefully over five to seven years.

Maison Louis Latour is a Burgundy wine estate and merchant founded in 1797 in Aloxe-Corton. One of the largest grand cru vineyard owners in Burgundy with around 50 estate hectares. Grapes: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Appellations: Corton-Charlemagne, Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Chambertin, Chevalier-Montrachet, among others. Estate and merchant production.
