Aromas of dark spice, cedar and subtle oak integration. Secondary notes of graphite and dried herbs emerge with aeration, revealing the wine's layered character.
On the eye
Deep ruby robe with bright garnet highlights, suggesting maturity and complexity.
Breeding
Aged in barrels for 18 months, of which 40% new oak.
M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled beef côte or duck magret, where its structure complements rich, savoury dishes. Consider serving as an aperitif to appreciate its elegant aromatic profile. Cellaring potential: 15–25 years.
