Product features : Chateau Guiraud - Sauternes 1er Cru Classé 2020

In the mouth
Unctuous and elegantly balanced, with a mineral spine that prevents heaviness. The palate reveals layers of candied citrus, dried apricot, and honeycomb, finishing with admirable length and freshness
On the nose
Intense and complex fruit character, with notes of ripe stone fruits, honey, and subtle floral hints that evolve gracefully in the glass
On the eye
Deep golden yellow with luminous intensity
Breeding
Aged for approximately 18 months in new oak barrels at 90% with 10% from first-use casks.
M. Francois
An ideal aperitif wine that truly shines alongside oysters and seafood. Its richness and complexity also pair beautifully with aged cheeses such as Saint-Maure de Touraine. The wine's balance makes it equally suited to quiet contemplation or as the centrepiece of a refined gathering.
