Aged for approximately 18 months in new oak barrels at 90% with 10% from first-use casks.

CHATEAU GUIRAUD
Château Guiraud spans 128 hectares in Sauternes (Gironde), ranked Premier Grand Cru Classé 1855 and farmed entirely under organic certification on sandy and clay gravels rising to 72 metres altitude. Founded in 1766 as the Maison Noble du Bayle, the château was acquired in 2006 by a four-strong partnership — Matthieu Gufflet, Robert Peugeot, Olivier Bernard and Stephan Von Neipperg — who drove the estate to full organic certification in 2011, a first for any Premier Grand Cru in Sauternes. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the rigour of its organic commitment, yields of under 10 hl/ha, and the precision of its Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc assemblage. A benchmark Sauternes, faithful to its terroir and its classification.

Château Guiraud, 1er Grand Cru Classé en 1855, est le premier domaine de Sauternes certifié en agriculture biologique. Son 2020 blanc moelleux naît de vendanges d\'orfèvre, sélectionnées grain par grain. Jaune doré intense, il offre un nez fruité et une bouche onctueuse et minérale. Idéal à l\'apéritif, il sublime les huîtres et surprendra avec un Saint Maure de Touraine.
