Château Ampélia is a wine estate in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation (Right Bank). Area: 6 hectares. Owned by François Despagne. Grapes: Merlot (65%) and Cabernet Franc (35%). Clay-limestone soils. Organically farmed. Careful vinification, low yields. Wine of fine concentration and depth. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
