- Domaine Cailhol Gautran is committed to honouring the terroir of Minervois through authentic, characterful winemaking. The estate is in conversion to organic viticulture, allowing these traditional varieties to express the full richness of their heritage.
- No added sulphites. This natural approach preserves the wine's purity and allows the mineral character of the old vines to emerge unmasked, offering a genuine expression of Languedoc's distinctive landscape.
