Breeding
Ageing for several months in stainless steel on fine lees to add richness and complexity without masking the fruit with oak
On the eye
Pale lemon-yellow with golden highlights. Bright and of good density.
On the nose
Delicate and floral, with rose notes. Exotic fruit and citrus emerge—lychee and grapefruit suggest the aromatic potential of the vintage.
In the mouth
The palate opens with Muscat grape character, lychee and grapefruit. Lively and agreeable, with a satisfying finish that lingers pleasantly.

DOMAINE SOLPAYRE
Domaine Solpayre is a wine estate in Roussillon (Languedoc-Roussillon). The estate works Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre on the schist and granite soils typical of the region. The wines capture the warmth of the Catalan terroir and the freshness brought by altitude. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
