Ten years' ageing, three-quarters in stainless steel and one-quarter in large oak cask, including substantial bottle maturation before release
Excellent with grilled red meats, game dishes and rich sauces. Approachable now, though the wine will develop greater complexity and depth over several years in bottle. A wine of substance that rewards both immediate enjoyment and patient cellaring.

Domaine Peyre Rose is a wine estate in Aniane (Hérault), Languedoc. Founded by Marlène Soria. Around 25 hectares on hard limestone soils. Grapes: Syrah (Clos des Cistes), Grenache (Clos Syrah Léone). Appellations: Coteaux du Languedoc. Age-worthy wines of exceptional concentration and depth. Extended ageing (3 to 5 years). Limited production.
