The younger sibling of Château Pesquié—though hardly modest in character

  • A rare opportunity to experience cinsault as a standalone expression. This varietal, seldom vinified alone, reveals its full personality here: a wine of genuine character and restraint.
  • The wine captures that particular moment of biting into ripe cherries beneath the shade of the tree—crisp, immediate, and utterly natural.
  • There is something deeply convivial about this wine. It evokes those unhurried afternoons and suppers shared with family, where simplicity and warmth matter most.

Breeding
In stainless steel for freshness
On the eye
Bright ruby red
On the nose
Cherry and subtle floral notes emerge with clarity. The bouquet is restrained and inviting, without pretension.
In the mouth
Fresh and light on the palate, with admirable balance. The wine carries its 13.5% alcohol with ease, finishing clean and dry. A wine of genuine elegance.
M. Francois
This is a wine for the table rather than the cellar. Serve it with simple bistro fare—roasted chicken, charcuterie, summer salads—or simply among friends. It asks nothing of you except to be enjoyed.
