Breeding
Extended ageing: approximately 18 to 20 months in oak barrels
On the eye
Deep ruby with violet glints
On the nose
Black fruit, white pepper, and subtle spice notes. The new oak contributes vanilla and toasted hazelnut aromas without dominating the bouquet.
In the mouth
Fine-grained tannins provide structure without harshness. The palate shows black cherry and liquorice, with a persistent spiced finish that lingers pleasantly.
This wine pairs beautifully with game, particularly venison with rich sauces. The tannin structure and acidity also complement duck confit and aged hard cheeses. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow the wine to open fully.

Grapes: Syrah (reds), Viognier (whites). Cuvées: Côte-Rôtie Côte Rozier, Côte-Rôtie Les Rochains. Wines of great depth, typical of the Côte-Rôtie. Manual harvesting.
