Ageing on fine lees with moderate stirring

On the nose
A complex and progressive bouquet that develops gradually in the glass. Never showy, but revealing layers of orchard fruit and subtle mineral notes with patience.
In the mouth
Crisp, clean attack with good definition. The palate shows balance between fruit and acidity, with a mineral backbone that carries through to a dry, refreshing finish.
This wine pairs naturally with poultry dishes—roasted chicken, coq au vin, or lighter preparations with cream sauces. Also excellent with freshwater fish and delicate shellfish. Best served at 10–12°C, and will develop further in bottle over the next three to five years.

Appellations: Savigny-lès-Beaune, Savigny Premier Cru (Vergelesses, Marconnets, Guettes), Corton Grand Cru, Latricières-Chambertin. Organically farmed.
