An elegant bouquet of white flowers and stone fruits—pear and green apple—with subtle notes of citrus and hazelnut that unfold gradually in the glass.
In the mouth
Harmonious and rounded on the palate, with flavours of pear and green apple complemented by buttery notes and a fine mineral backbone that provides definition and length.
Exceptionally versatile. Serve as an aperitif, or pair with fish, shellfish, and foie gras. The wine's mineral character and acidity make it particularly suited to seafood preparations. Best enjoyed over the next five to eight years, though well-stored bottles will continue to develop with grace.

Domaine Michelot is a family wine estate in Meursault (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). Grapes: Chardonnay (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Appellations: Meursault, Meursault Premier Cru (Genevrières, Charmes, Perrières, Narvaux), Puligny-Montrachet. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Meursault wines of fine typicity.
