In the mouth
A harmonious freshness carries through the palate, supported by present yet rounded tannins. The wine shows good structure without heaviness, with flavours that echo the nose and finish with clean persistence.
On the nose
Ripe dark fruit—cherry and wild strawberry—mingles with warm spice notes. Subtle secondary aromas of tonka bean and coffee grounds emerge, adding complexity and depth to the bouquet.

Deep ruby-red with carmine highlights; a wine of good colour intensity and clarity
Breeding
Entirely in oak barrels for 14 months with two to five year old barrels in equal proportion
This wine pairs exceptionally well with braised beef dishes, where its tannin structure and fruit-forward character complement the richness of slow-cooked meat. DOMAINE BELLE
Domaine Belle is a family wine estate in Larnage (Drôme), Crozes-Hermitage and Hermitage appellations (Northern Rhône Valley). Founded in 1990 by Albert Belle. Around 25 hectares of vines. Grapes: Syrah (reds), Marsanne and Roussanne (whites). Single-vineyard cuvées including Les Pierrelles and Roche Pierre. Rolled-pebble and loess soils.
